Mike is trusted by clients to assist with designing, executing, and defending frameworks for making subjective assessments of risk with imperfect information, especially regarding probability-based enforcement regimes such as U.S. export controls, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Outbound Investment Rule, and the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Information and Communications Technology and Services regime.

A thought leader in this space, Mike frequently writes and speaks about high probability compliance and enforcement strategies, geopolitics, and corporate white-collar enforcement.
