À propos de ce contenu audio

We live for craft beer and food.

We are Adam and Dedra! We're on a mission to find the best craft beer and the most ridiculously delicious food we can get our hands on. Based in Arizona, but powered by hops and road trips, we will go wherever the beer flows and the plates are full.

Expect brewery and food reviews, beer-fueled banter, and probably a few questionable decisions (like that time Adam tried a 18.5% barrel aged stout on an empty stomach). Whether it's a tiny taproom in the desert or a big-name brewery in the Pacific Northwest, if it pours, we’re in.

Come for the beer, stay for the fun, and leave with a craving for your next foodie stop.

Episode 5 - In this episode of The Adam and Dedra Show, we head to Temecula, California to visit Bare Knuckle Brewing, a small brewery with a big personality tucked inside the Vail Headquarters area. We talk about the cozy setup, the outdoor patio, the beers we tried, and why this spot keeps pulling us back every time we’re in town.

And as if great beer wasn’t enough, this episode also includes an unexpected food win from Nora’s Empanada Factory, where we found some seriously satisfying empanadas that paired way too well with the day.

Episode 3 - In this episode of The Adam and Dedra Show, we kick things off with a review of Zombie Whip from Beer Zombies, a strawberry banana ice cream fruit sour that pours thick, looks wild, and tastes even better than it sounds. Then we recap our latest adventure to Hopsology Taproom and Wine Bar in Glendale, Arizona, a spot that blends a modern taproom with a homebrew supply shop and creates a really unique experience for craft beer fans.

We talk about the beers we tried, including the unforgettable Orange Drumsticks Imperial Hazy, which was delicious but poured more like a smoothie than a beer, plus pours from Wren House, Tombstone, and Drekker. We also share what stood out most about Hopsology, from the atmosphere and layout to the friendly service and the cool concept behind the business.

After beer, we made our way to Leo’s Hawaiian BBQ, where the food completely lived up to the hype. From teriyaki chicken and katsu to creamy macaroni salad and a surprisingly great chicken sandwich that Adam didn't get or hear about, it was the perfect ending to a really fun day out.
