    • Why Calm People Always Win (Even When Everything Is Chaos)
      Feb 7 2026

On this episode of The Three Mantras Podcast, I’m joined by Ritchie Blair, Founder and CEO of ALYST Health, for a funny and insightful conversation about perception, calm reactions, and what really matters in life. Drawing from over 20 years in the recovery field, we explore how staying calm can de-escalate chaos, help others in crisis, and turn stressful moments into clarity—and sometimes even laughter.

Because we both work in the business of helping others, we share how calm reactions have allowed us to de-escalate intense situations, soothe people in crisis, and turn moments of chaos into moments of clarity and success. The lesson is simple but profound: when you stay calm, you stay in control.

    • In a World that’s Losing its Mind, why Calm is the real power, and overreaction ruins everything!
      Jan 31 2026

I Lost Control Once—and It Put Me in the Hospital | A Lesson in Staying Calm ...

In a world that feels louder, angrier, and more reactive by the day, this week’s episode of The Three Mantras is about something radical: staying calm.

We’re living in a time where people are over-excited, anxious, protesting, reacting—and often escalating situations that never needed to happen in the first place. In this episode, I talk honestly about why calm, neutral energy isn’t weakness… it’s power.

I read from The Three Mantras and A Course in Miracles, both of which point to the same truth: when we stay level-headed and grounded, problems lose their fuel.

I also share a personal story from my earlier days—getting into a bar fight on Sunset Boulevard that landed me in the hospital. Nothing about that night needed to happen. It all came from being emotionally over-charged instead of calm in the moment.

Had I stayed centered, things would have worked out better than I could’ve imagined.

This episode isn’t about judging the chaos—it’s about choosing peace in the middle of it.

If you’ve been feeling anxious, reactive, or overwhelmed by what’s happening around you, this conversation is for you.

The Shift Every Woman Feels (And Men Eventually Catch Up To)

This week on The Three Mantras Podcast, I sit down with Andrew Strassner, Marriage & Family Therapist (MA, LMFT) — and someone I’ve known for over 15 years.

We talk about what actually matters as you get older.

When you’re younger, it’s about achievement.

After 40, it becomes about connection.

We unpack the quiet shift that happens with age — success, relationships, identity, and the lessons life only teaches you after you’ve lived a little.

      Honest. Grounded. Real.

If you’re rethinking what you’re chasing, this episode will hit.
