  • Sis, I'm Tired! 😂 Can we PLEASE give it a rest?! 😭
    Oct 11 2026

This week on Tell Me More, Sis, we're getting a few things off our chests. From things we're tired of seeing online to everyday habits that get on our last nerve, we're talking about the trends, behaviours and expectations that have us saying, “I'm actually over it!”

We're turning the spotlight on ourselves, because let's be honest — there are things we judge other people for that we're probably guilty of doing too! 😂 Expect unpopular opinions, petty grievances, a few uncomfortable truths and plenty of laughs as we discuss what needs to STOP.

No heavy agenda, no pretending we've got life figured out. Just two sisters saying what we're all thinking.

So, tell us… what are YOU tired of?

Grab your drink, join the conversation and tell us what's getting on your nerves.

  • 🎙️ Sis… What Would You Do? 👀
    Oct 4 2026

No set topic this week — we pressed record and let the conversation go wherever it wanted to go. And somehow, we ended up with a dilemma that had us seriously questioning what we'd do as parents. 😭

Your teenage son tells you that his girlfriend is pregnant. Her parents don't know. They've decided they want to have an abortion, they've trusted you enough to tell you, and they're asking for your support — but they absolutely do not want her parents to find out.

    So… what do you do?

Do you respect their confidence and support them? Encourage her to tell her parents? Or, as a parent yourself, do you feel her family has a right to know?

We're talking trust between parents and children, confidentiality, responsibility, safeguarding, supporting our children through difficult decisions, and what happens when “you can always come to me” is finally put to the test.

There might not be a perfect answer to this one, so we're handing it over to you:

Sis… what would YOU do? 👀

  • You Got Married and Didn’t Tell Me?! 👀
    Sep 27 2026

Imagine turning up to your friend’s birthday party, ready to celebrate… only for her to announce that she’s been married for FIVE MONTHS — and none of her friends knew. 😭

This week on Tell Me More, Sis, we’re asking: where does privacy end and secrecy begin in a friendship?

Of course, nobody is entitled to every detail of your life. But if we consider each other close friends, are there certain milestones you’d expect me to share with you? And if I deliberately choose not to tell you something as big as getting married… does that say something about how I really view our friendship?

Could your best friend secretly get married and you genuinely wouldn’t be bothered?

So go on then… Tell Me More, Sis. 🎙️♡

  • Sis, We Needed a Catch-Up…
    Sep 20 2026

This week on Tell Me More, Sis, we're taking a break from the deep conversations and bringing you into the group chat.

We're talking about our first women's football match at the Arsenal stadium, the atmosphere, the experience and whether we've officially been converted into football girlies. ⚽😂

From there… the conversation goes wherever it goes. Life updates, random thoughts, things we've seen, things we've been thinking about and the usual side conversations that somehow become full conversations.

  • Have Women Become Too Hyper-Independent?
    Sep 13 2026

We were told to get our own money, build our own careers, never depend on a man and make sure we can always stand on our own two feet. And for many women, that independence has been empowering.

But… have we taken it too far? 👀

In this episode of Tell Me More, Sis, we're asking where healthy independence ends and hyper-independence begins. When does “I've got this” become “I don't know how to let anyone help me”?

We're talking money, relationships, vulnerability, control, the pressure of being the “strong woman,” and why some of us find it much easier to give than to receive.

And, of course, we're asking the uncomfortable questions: Do women struggle to relinquish control? Can being fiercely self-sufficient actually get in the way of intimacy?

Maybe independence was never supposed to mean doing everything alone.

Maybe the real flex is knowing you can stand on your own — while still feeling safe enough to let someone stand beside you.

So… have women become too hyper-independent?

  • What Does Emotional Safety Actually Look Like?
    Sep 6 2026

We talk a lot about emotional safety, but what does it actually mean?

In this episode of Tell Me More, Sis, we're unpacking what it feels like to be emotionally safe with the people we love — being able to communicate honestly, express our feelings, set boundaries, disagree, be vulnerable and still feel respected and secure.

We explore the difference between healthy conflict and emotional unsafety, what it means to feel like you're walking on eggshells, and whether you can truly feel loved by someone while still not feeling emotionally safe with them.

But we also turn the question back on ourselves: are we emotionally safe for the people in our lives? Can we listen without becoming defensive? Can we apologise? Can we handle difficult conversations without punishing the other person?

From romantic relationships and friendships to family dynamics, we're asking what emotional safety looks like in real life — and whether peace is actually one of the biggest signs of healthy relationships.

Because sometimes the question isn't “Do they love me?”

    It's:

“Can I be completely myself with them and still feel safe?”

  • Pick Me or Just Different?
    Aug 30 2026

Are you a Pick Me… or are you simply a woman who likes what she likes? 👀

In this episode of Tell Me More, Sis, we're unpacking the “Pick Me” label and asking whether it's actually helping women call out unhealthy behaviour—or whether we've started using it to judge women whose choices don't look like ours.

Why do some women seek validation from men by distancing themselves from other women? Is saying “I'm not like other girls” always Pick Me behaviour? And can you genuinely prefer male friendships, traditional gender roles or a low-maintenance lifestyle without being one?

We also get into the other side of the conversation: have we weaponised the term Pick Me? Are women now being labelled simply for choosing a different way of living?

From male validation and female competition to beauty standards, relationships and the expectations placed on African women, we're asking the uncomfortable questions and challenging our own assumptions along the way.

    So go on then...

  • When You're No Longer the Person Who Said “I Do"
    Aug 16 2026

What happens when you wake up one day and realise you're no longer the person who said “I do”?

In this episode of Tell Me More, Sis, we're unpacking the uncomfortable reality of outgrowing a marriage. What happens when your partner hasn't cheated, betrayed you or done anything “wrong” — but you simply don't feel like the same person anymore?

We explore whether love is enough to keep a marriage together, whether you need a “good enough” reason to leave, and what happens when the life you once chose no longer feels like the life you want.

We also talk about identity, growing together — or growing apart — the pressure to stay for the children, and whether choosing yourself is selfish when other people are affected by your decision.

Because sometimes the hardest relationships to leave aren't the toxic ones. They're the ones where there is still love, history and a genuinely good person on the other side.

So what happens when you still care about someone… but you no longer want the life you built together?

    Can you outgrow your marriage?

And if you do, does that make you selfish — or simply honest?

    So go on then...
