 Lifelong friendships, families living life together, brothers in Christ supporting each other, and fitness are the foundation for Team Heart & Soul. Through CrossFit, Ultramarathons, Spartan Races and a friendly volleyball tournament (Reigning Champs), three guys from a small town in Woodruff, SC decided to begin a journey to become IronMen.​Becoming an IronMan, the ultimate triathlete (Swim, Bike, and Run), is one of the most challenging feats any of us have ever attempted. As we began to train and suffer together, we sought to find a bigger purpose: a way to include others in our journey and, ultimately, a way to bless others through our efforts.
