Unless you teach in an affluent area, teaching often requires us to serve a large range of learning needs within the same classroom. Our students come in with different readiness levels and have different amounts of access to support when they leave our classroom. 

So the question is: How do we help all of our students experience academic success when they're all starting in different places?
