Welcome to talking out the toxic! We are Rachael and Amy we met at 18 and a Toxic "friend" ended our friendship after 8 years. 9 years later we are friends again, living on the opposite sides of the world and sharing our toxic stories with you.

      Is three really a crowd?


      In this situation , yes! ...First of all welcome to talking out the toxic, Me (Amy) and my best friend Rachael meet weekly to talk about toxic situations we have experienced or even toxic traits we have ourselves. Basically we are talking through our thoughts... toxic or otherwise. This is our first ever episode where we share a story about a new friend that came into our relations and starting to cause trouble.


      So sit back and enjoy the gossip, we hope that sharing our experiences will help others feel like they are not alone in these situations.
