 Dan Doty is an executive coach and an experiential retreat facilitator who brings men together to learn, explore and exercise their emotions so they can lead more fulfilling lives and understand what it takes to be better Dads. Dan has specialized in wilderness retreats which captures the essence of nature while getting rid of all of life's distractions to focus on what's important. Dan has most recently pivoted on focusing the role of men in parenting and has created an online workshop and platform called the Embodied Dad. We also speak about Somatic Meditation and how it cultivates the way you feel inside your body, as feeling is healing!
Dan was also one of the original founders of Evryman, which gets mens groups together all across the country. The goal being to teach men to feel ok with vulnerability and to enhance openness and communication. Dan is passionate about his mission and you can feel that passion in the way he speaks to us.
