Host Sarah Swift, wife, mother of three teenagers, entrepreneur, and hairstylist for over three decades, wants to help overwhelmed and stressed moms end the feeling of always missing out. The feeling that they have to choose work or family, well-being or burnout, business roles or an authentic lifestyle of ease. Guiding with the personal experience of wisdom after decades of repeating these negative cycles and including a few traumatic life events, lead her to her own transformation with spiritual faith along the journey.
The decision to choose now as the time to experience joy and fulfillment by integrating, instead of waiting is very difficult, especially for many mothers serving in multiple roles as business owners and service providers. The cycle of depletion has a negative ripple affect on these mamas, their families, work experience and much more.
Sarah's ultimate soul's desire to become a mother was an unexpected challenge. She experienced health issues that included her chemical sensitivities in the traditional salon environment, infertility and the heartache of multiple miscarriages. Finally when she became a mother she missed so much time with her three children who are now teenagers, especially after starting a new business during the recession while her husband was laid off.
This podcast includes resilience and strong faith with the belief that how we experience time is very important. We can't change what already happened, but we can choose differently now in each moment. Her mindset shift includes a holistic lifestyle of the many choices and approaches to physical and mental challenges available. The courage to try new things, even when it's not the social or industry norm. We are all here with uniqueness meant for our own soul's purpose guided by an inner-knowing.
If you can relate to the fear of missing out with your children and putting your needs last, you don't have to feel alone anymore.
