WHAT IS THE GOSPEL? The word “gospel” means good news in greek. It is the news about who Jesus Christ is, what He has done, and how that changes everything. The gospel, or the good news about JESUS CHRIST, is the best and most important news you will ever hear and share. The gospel is the good news that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for our sins and rose gain, eternally triumphant over his enemies, so that there is now no condemnation for those who believe, but only everlasting joy. REFLECTION QUESTIONS: WHICH CIRCLE ARE YOU IN? WHICH CIRCLE DO YOU WANT TO BE IN? IS THERE ANYTHING STOPPING YOU FROM TURNING FROM SIN AND BROKENNESS, BELIEVING IN JESUS AND MAKING HIM THE LORD OF YOUR LIFE, RECEIVING FORGIVENESS AND BEING RESTORED INTO GOD'S PLAN TODAY? IF YOU WANT TO SURRENDER YOU LIFE TO JESUS, ASK HIM TO COME INTO YOUR HEART TODAY. DEAR GOD, I ASK YOU TO COME INTO MY HEART TODAY. I SURRENDER MY LIFE. I REPENT FOR ALL SIN AND ASK THAT YOU DELIVER ME FROM ANYTHING HOLDING ME BACK FROM A TRUE AND SURRENDERED RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU. I GIVE MY LIFE TO YOU. I PRAY THAT YOU CONTINUE TO REVEAL YOURSELF TO ME AND PROVIDE PEOPLE THAT CAN HELP ME KNOW YOU MORE. I TRUST YOU, LOVE YOU, AND SURRENDER MY LIFE TO YOU TODAY. USE ME GOD FOR YOUR GLORY. Isaiah 61.

"The Spirit of the Lord GOD is on me,

because the LORD has anointed me

to bring good news to the poor.

He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted,

to proclaim liberty to the captives

and freedom to the prisoners;

2 to proclaim the year of the LORD’s favor,

and the day of our God’s vengeance;

to comfort all who mourn,

3 to provide for those who mourn in Zion;

to give them a crown of beauty instead of ashes,

festive oil instead of mourning,

and splendid clothes instead of despair.

And they will be called righteous trees,

planted by the LORD

to glorify him. "
