We’ve adopted a new practice into our lives: getting nosy. Not the surface level kind of nosy which leads to gossip, but the kind of nosy that is needed when you have deep and meaningful relationships. What is really going on in your friends’ lives? What are the hard things that they don’t want to talk about? Being nosy means having trust and a mutual agreement with someone to know the good and the bad in each others’ lives, and asking the more pressing questions to talk about the hard stuff. This practice has been really beneficial for us and our friendships, and we want to be more nosy with people we trust.

We’re introducing a new segment called Questions with Joey where our special guest Joey Heisler takes over the mic and answers your questions like “What’s it like being married to an older woman?” and “What is your favorite activity to do with Kelsea?” Yeah, you’re not gonna wanna miss this one!

This year all three of us will finally be in our 30's, so we're talking about some of the important topics about what it's like to turn 30, like: how to not freak out about it, what we need to stop doing as we get older, and how to release ourselves from the pressure that comes with turning 30. We started this podcast in our late 20's and turning the page into a new decade is a big one, but there are a lot of things we're excited for. We finish off the the episode with some of our current hot recs so you can also be obsessed with what we're obsessed with.
