Welcome to the Sweat Your Assets - Diary of a Financial Coach - Podcast

Do you want to optimize how you earn, save, and invest wisely?

Great! You’re in the right place. Sweat Your Assets is a financial education platform packed with practical wisdom to help you take control of your finances, build wealth, and thrive.

Our Mission

While I discuss money, financial skills, and entrepreneurship, these are just tools—not the ultimate goal. Whether you’re looking to escape poverty or grow your wealth, the key is to do it sustainably, in a way that aligns with your unique needs, risk profile, and lifestyle.

This isn’t just about making money—it’s about building a solid foundation for long-term financial security and personal growth.

Unfortunately, scammers and charlatans never take a day off. Every day, people lose money following TikTok influencers promoting fads and get-rich-quick schemes. That’s why I feel a moral duty to champion financial literacy and good financial judgment—so you don’t fall into the same traps.

Mastering Financial Skills

I publish monthly articles, videos, and podcasts on money, investing, and entrepreneurship—designed to be practical and actionable. Think of them as your financial workouts:

  • Defensive Strategies: Optimizing money management, minimizing risks, and building a financial safety net.
  • Offensive Strategies: Creating income streams, harvesting value, and strategically building wealth.

Unlike the financial porn pushed by mainstream media and so-called "gurus," my content is rooted in evidence-based principles, not marketing gimmicks or flashy promises. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed by misinformation, but my goal is to cut through the noise and demystify technical topics—so you can make smart, informed decisions.

Your Financial Future Starts Now

No matter your age, location, or financial situation, I believe these resources will help you develop the right mindset, take control of your finances, and thrive.

How? You’re not separated from your financial goals by years, but by the actions you take today.

👉 Invest in yourself. Take action. Subscribe to my free monthly newsletter and tune into the podcast to start your journey toward financial mastery.

    • Your Home is not an Investment
      Jan 17 2026

Owning a home feels like success.

But what if that comfort quietly slows your journey to financial freedom?

In this episode of Sweat Your Assets, we explore why buying a bigger house is often mistaken for investing — and how emotion, ego, and habit can disguise consumption as wealth-building.

We talk about the hidden costs of homeownership, the illusion of safety, and why productive assets matter more than impressive square meters. This is not an argument against owning a home — it’s an invitation to see it clearly, and to put your capital where it actually grows.

Welcome to a new episode of Sweat Your Assets.

      Thank you for listening,

    • The Spectrum of Mindsets
      Jan 10 2026

In this episode of the Sweat Your Assets Podcast, we explore the spectrum of human mindsets — and how the way we interpret reality quietly shapes our agency, decisions, finances, and long-term outcomes.

Drawing from reading and lived experience, the episode moves across a wide range of frameworks: from the Law of Attraction and magical optimism, to Stoicism, Growth Mindset, GRIT, cognitive reframing, existentialism, and Zen.

      Along the way, we examine:

      • how different mindsets influence risk, responsibility, and financial behavior
      • why optimism can empower or distort agency
      • the difference between denial, reframing, and courage
      • how discipline, grit, and realism support long-term growth
      • and why true agency comes not from controlling outcomes, but from choosing how we meet reality

This is not a motivational episode in the usual sense.

It’s a reflective guide to understanding the mental lenses we live through — and learning to choose the ones that support clarity, resilience, and intentional action.

Because mindset compounds, just like money.

As always, thank you for tuning in.

    • Your First $100,000
      Jan 7 2026

Welcome to Episode 31 of the Sweat Your Assets Podcast.

If you ever needed a hard dose of motivation to start investing, the kind that cuts through excuses and fancy talk, nothing beats a rant inspired by Charlie Munger. No hype, no shortcuts, just brutal wisdom from one of the sharpest investors who ever lived. This isn’t about getting rich quickly. It’s about getting disciplined, learning why the first $100,000 is the hardest, why compounding only works if you let it, and why endurance beats intelligence every single time.

So if you’re tired of running in place and ready to start building capital that works for you, read on. Munger’s words will sting a little — but they might just change how you think about money forever.

      Thank you for listening.

Until next time, Sweat Your Assets.
