Well I just be in the feels today too! I start the conversation on surrender, and I think there will be a part 2 because I was very consumed with my puppy and had to edit quite a bit. This is a tough topic and a very necessary and uncomfortable one. I want you to always know that this is a safe space for you and that I am sharing my journey not as a way to say "and hey I figured it out and now everything is perfect and heres what you "should" do to "fix" your life." Because clearly I am still always in the process of learning, growing, and detaching. This is all just to hopefully help some folks feel seen if they have similar struggles, make you laugh sometimes, and I hope to build a community here and start having guests (seriously email me if you'd like to share your story). Please take care of yourself, release what you can, and allow all the beauty you deserve.
