Dr. Douglas Cassidy earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and he completed his general surgery residency at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH), including a two-year Surgical Education and Simulation Research Fellowship. His research interests include surgical simulation and resident education, and he serves as the Director of Surgical Simulation for the MUSC surgical residency.
