We’re Matt and Steven—gamers, dads, and longtime ARKsurvivors. This whole thing started as us talking way too much about ARK… andat some point we realized we were really just using it as an excuse to hang outand talk about gaming in general.

Now it’s kind of turned into us figuring out how gaming fitsinto real life, like playing with our kids, jumping on with friends when everyone’s schedules somehow line up, or trying to squeeze in a little time at night before we pass out on the couch.

In this episode, we’re getting into gaming with the kids in your life. Whether they are your kids, neices/nephews, siblings, cousins, whatever the connection may be, gaming is an amazing way to connect with them and create little learning moments. We are diving into what has worked, what has absolutely not, and how we navigate including our kids in our favorite hobbies.

If you’ve got your own stories, wins, or parenting “yeahthat didn’t go how I planned” moments, we’d love to hear them.

Hey Folks! We are back!! Steven and I are back and the hiatus is over for now! We are breaking into a new niche and trying out a whole new show style. We have gotten away from Ark content and will be focusing more on the difficulties of balancing being a gamer, a parent, working full time, and all other aspects of adulthood. Buckle up for the next few months as we test out this new pilot show!

Join us with Michigan State University Master's student, Nate as he details how Ark got their bugs right, and how they made them more exciting for gaming. I hope you enjoy this free biology lesson and develop a deeper appreciation for Ark's arthropods.
