Is it necessary for a comic to travel out of state? City? Town? Country?

No, it is not, but it will help to open more doors. Unless that comic is just extremely popular in their city and every club wants them, chances are, they may want to invest in a road trip just to get a feel of other regions, and introduce themsevles to possible potential future fans.

There was a particular Podcaster, who recently ended his podcast. I had heard that this individual has always been a very jealous person, because he does not get the noteriety of other comics and podcaster.

He has no right to be jealous, he makes money doing this and people actually listen to him.

Welcome to another episode of my unpopular podcast, which nobody listens to. Yet, I perservere, the more ignored and marginalized I feel, the harder I work to produce my content, whether or not people are acknowledging my contributions.

Once you break down one door, other doors open easier for you, as you have created a "brand" for youself. A name, if you will.

The major obstacle here, is creating a brand that people will want to pay attention to.

I am just here giving my free advice to anyone who wants it.

I am not out trying to make a buck off of you, trying to get you to enroll of one of those "Comedy Classes"

I am just an open mic Comic (since 2006) and now a U Tube Comedian.

I am no model of success, I just have seen a lot, and I am just telling you what I know, so that you can have success.

Yes, You can have great narration, presentation, and oration skills.

But if you are not popular, you will be talking to the trees and the birds.

Maybe that is not that bad an idea, maybet they are the true audience.

Au Contraire:

You can be an overated popular celebrity who does not know what the heck to say unless following scrip on their dumb phone, but millions asseble to come and watch you speak.
