Step into the Form
If you would like to experience the sense of
passing over while awake, you can just imagine
the form of you which has passed over right in
front of you.
Imagine it and then step into this form and feel
what it is like.
Notice how your body feels:
· Your arms
· Your legs
· Your head
· Your eyes
· Notice also your feelings
· Your emotions
· What does this state feel like ? Comfortable ?
· Notice your thoughts as well.
· And finally notice your whole being.
· Do you notice something you usually don’t in
· daily life ? What is it ?
· Do you feel that there is a colour around you
· or inside you ?
· Do you want to move your arms, your legs ?
You can take yourself for a walk, experience what
it feels like to move in this form.
· What do you notice ?
· Do you enjoy it ?
Finally, you can step out of this form into yourself
again, and shake your limbs and body a bit.
Maybe you want to take some notes of your
experiences. Did something surprise you ?
Did you find some answers to your questions ?
Did it feel familiar ?
As you see, it’s only a step away and it can be a
source of great comfort to step in from time to
time.
