Not everything that shines is meant for you. Some distractions may look good, but they are designed to pull you away from God and your destiny.

We live in a world filled with constant noise and endless distractions. Not every opportunity is your assignment. Some distractions look good, sound good, and feel good, but they are designed to pull you away from what God has called you to do.

In this episode, I challenge you to guard your focus and protect your purpose. Distraction does not always come in the form of something bad. Sometimes it comes as something good, but it is not good for you. If it pulls you away from God and your calling, it is a distraction.

The primary purpose of distraction in your life and in this world is to shift your attention away from God and away from your assignment. You do not have to be destroyed to be defeated. You only need to be distracted.

Shiny object syndrome causes many people to chase what glitters instead of committing to what they were called to build. When you lose focus, you delay progress. When you delay progress, you delay purpose.
