      Roche is joined by Alex of All Time Low in a Then And Now edition of Sphere Of Roche. The two go way back as Roche had the band in studio as part of DC101's Local Lix way back in 2006! In segment one, Alex discusses the success of "Monsters" and how it has changed the trajectory of their career, the background on their latest single, "Once In A Lifetime," and the band's tour plans(!) for 2021. Then, in the second segment, we go back to 2006, when the band had just graduated high school! It's a rare glimpse of a band at their peak vs when they were just getting started.
