Blessed solstice and welcome to summer everyone!
Today is a magical day in our yearly cycle, as we hit the apex of our journey towards the light (in the northern hemisphere). In this mini episode, I share what shamanism and Chinese Medicine have to say about this shift into the new season, and provide some prompts for you to consider and honor yourself at this point in your journey.
