À propos de ce contenu audio
You don't need to go anywhere. You just need to arrive somewhere quiet.
This sleep story takes you to the floor of an old-growth forest, thick with leaves, held by ancient trees, the air cool and earthy. It's less about narrative and more about sensation: the weight of your body against soft ground, the sound of the canopy, the slow rhythm of breathing with something that has been doing this far longer than you have.
Each exhale, a little more settles. Each breath, the forest takes what you no longer need.
For nights when you're carrying tension you can't quite name. When the day left a residue and you need something grounded, not transported.
Lie down. Let the earth do the rest.
