    It has been over a year since the presidential election  of Nov 3rd , 2020 and if you follow the media then more than likely you wont be aware of the massive amount of activities challenging to the legitimacy of these election.  there is an awful lot happening  and a lot of progress is being made. So lets start shedding some light on the Election files on this Briefing episode of Signal not noise.So why are we talking about an event that has apparently concluded…. Because , it shows what is happening and it still has a huge part to play in the fate of the world. All one has to do is ask , what are the consequences if the US is no longer free and fair, but controlled, something akin to North Korea ? What sort of world do we live in then?In fact, based on the evidence that is being produced it is beginning to look like a long and maticously planned mechanism to gain control of the voting apparatus in the US and whether you like it not , America was built through the forge of conflict and fighting from oppression and up until recently their population was heavily educated about the pain of the birthing process of this Nation state, unlike many countries that have never really had to fight for anything…..So what makes me say this?Well, So far from, what the evidence is showing is that the US Elections have been attacked and subverted by utilizing the following methods :1.       Foreign cyber attacks on the voting infrastructure2.       Corruption and control of the voting machinery used in a number of states3.       Multiple scanning of ballots 4.       Illegal laws being created to assist in Voter manipulation5.       Corruption and manipulation of the Voter rolls 6.       Introduction of fake ballots7.       Illegal practices of vote harvesting8.       Mail in ballot manipulation9.       Bribery of Governmental officials and bodies Now, im sure that I haven’t covered everything as not everything has come to light, but this is a good place to start and what is even more egregious is that the majority of states in the Union have had some or all of these events happening , yes, regardless of what candidate the state ultimately went for… which indicates a national plan of attack.  It also is a very targeted approach with not every county or precinct having these issue, but those precincts that do have problems are usually the largest number of populations .. if you can affect the vote by only subverting the largest groups then that is a winning strategy apparently. This is all well and good , but the two obvious questions I would be asking at this point are firstly why haven’t I heard anything and if this is as serious as to what your saying then why is it taking so long. First of all, Take the current media setup we have on the planet.. literally 90% of the worldwide media is controlled by Six companies (hence six people) and the narratives they want to drive are the narratives being sent out and silence everything else with the use of Big Tech. This is another area to be investigated on upcoming episodes.This can be demonstrated by the fact that the Audit of Arizonas results when briefly mentioned were hailed to confirm the results that were initially received when in fact it was nothing of the sort as we will see when we review that state ..In terms of why this is taking so long is also easily awnsered because you have the Government and the political establishment that do not want this investigated and will fight very hard to stop or delay your efforts. Common sense would say that if you believe you won with the most votes in the history of the US Elections that doing whatever you could to prove that was the case would be paramount especially if there was a movement that was gaining significant momentum… Instead the FBI and DOJ have been weaponised to hunt down dissention where possible and Dem backed Legal firms have been mobilised to threaten and coerce organisations, people anyone that has evidence to support their case.This was quite obvious when Arizona made movements to organise acanvass and the DOJ threatened that people organising anything would be prosecuted … this is by far the tip of the iceberg.   As I started out , it seems that every state is affected but there are 5 ‘swing’ states that seem to be the most egregious of the lot .Historically, you expect that voting traces that track through the night are smooth but will have small events that increase the number of votes at any time. Media has been running a narrative that you would expect big jumps in votes at certain stages due to large amounts of mail in ballots.But I remember first watching the numbers in these swing states changeArizona … 8.06 PM and there is a 143,100 vote jump  all for Biden Georgia … 6.34 am and there is a  107,000 vote jump, once again , all for Biden.. and this was  after vote counting is stopped in Fulton county because of an alleged broken ...

    More Trouble for Fusion GPS and the Clinton Campaign

    Lets see whats happening with our discovery with eh Durham files on Signal Not noise

     

     

    First of the bat is the fact that in 2017 Alfa bank filed a lawsuit against fusion GPS for falsey accusing them of crmininal conduct and alleged cooperation with the Kremlin to influence the presidential election

     

    Litigation has been ongoing for the last four years with alf bank still trying to get discovery on from Fusion GPS.

     

    Fortunatley for Alfa bank , John Durhams case has created some movement especially in the case of emails between certain partiesIt appears that some of tehse documents in the form of emails were deliberately withheld .

     

    This disclosure is serious for Fusion GPS as they could not only be forced to supply all of their emails but will have to pay sanctions to Alf Bank.

     

    I would say that this is not looking good for Fusion GPS…..

     

      

     

    As we have found out Hillary Clinton has paid for the Steel dossier to be created and disseminated where it could. 

     

    What has happened to Danchenko. Well it seems that his lawyers have been replaced by Stuart Sears who is a partner at the law firm Shertler Onorato Mead & Sears. Durham state that there is a conflict of interest as this firm is representing the 2016 Hillary presidential campaign as well as multiple former employees of that campaign, IN MATTERS BEFORE THE SPECIAL COUNSEL

     

    Durham makes the point while informing the court, that Danchekos trial might raise the following issues

     

    1.       CC  knowledge concerning the veracity of information in the fusion GPS reports sourced by Danchenko

    2.       The cc awareness of Danchenkos collection methods and sub sources

    3.       Meetings or communications between CC FusionGPS and Steele involving Danchenko

    4.       Danchenkos knowledge regarding the CC role in and activities surrounding the Fusion GPS reports

    5.       The extent to which the CC solicited or controlled Danchekos activities.

     

    There is no doubt in my mind where this series of indictments is going but it is just one prong of a story that will have severe implications for a lot of people.

    Its Thursday November the 4th and the Special Counsels office at the Department of Justice release the following statement

    Russian National indicted for making false statements to the FBI

    Let’s see who has been charged and more as we continue discovery with the Durham Files on Signal not noise

    So far we know that Perkins Cooee, at the behest of the Clinton Campaign hired Fusion GPS which in turn hired Christopher Steele to create the now infamous steel dossier 

    The FBI as a consequence initiated the investigation Crossfire Hurricane which using information from Sussman and Steele prepared to submit FISA warrants on Carter page on the false premise that he was a Russian agent.

     

    During this time the FBI investigation was not able to confirm or corroborate these allegations but as a consequence they did find out who the source of the steel dossier was.

     

    Which brings us the Indictment which lays out 5 counts of making False statements to the FBI form the source of the information Steele used.

     

     

    Say hello to Igor Danchenko who is a US -based Russian national who from 2005 through to 2010 worked at the Brookings institute (which is funded by Gates and Soros) where his Superior, Fiona Hill, introduced him to Christopher Steele who retained him in 2011 as a contractor for Steeles firm ‘Orbis’. In his work for this company, he focused primarily on Russian and Eurasian business risk assessment and geopolitical analysis.

     

    The first count  lying to the FBI is with regards to the status with Charles Dolan Junior who is the CEO of PRISM Public Affairs and a long time Clinton Supporter. He also has ties with the Russian Federation as he had represented the country for a long time…

     The company describes itself in its own words :

    Danchenko claims that he never communicated with Dolan regarding any information relevant to the steele dossier when his communications are quite clear. As it turns out Danchenko was more akin to a go between for information from Dolan to Steel.

    In interviews between Charles Dolan Junior and the FBI Dolan admitted the information supplied to Danchenko was not factual 

     

     

     

     

    The other four counts of lying to the FBI were in relation to vital information that Danchenko stated gathered whilst communicating with the  Russian-American Chamber president at the time, a gentleman called Sergei millian.

     

    On several occasions Danchenko made reference to information from Millian all the while knowing that Millian had never called Danchenko

     

    Danchenko never received such a phone call or such information from any person he believed to be [Millian], and Danchenko never made any arrangements to meet [Millian],”  the indictment states. “Danchenko fabricated these facts."

     

    What we are discovering here is a group of people that would go to any ends in order to drive their narrative.. all the way from Danchenko and Steele to the Clinton Campaigh and Fusion GPS and the worst of them all the government agencies that, even though they knew this was all a farce, still proceeded and actively deceiving the FISA committee just so they could tape everything the Trump campaign had to say, which obviously would then make its way back to the Clinton campaign …. What is unravelling here is not only the deceptive nature of the Clinton Campaign but the corrupt nature of the governmental agencies and I wouldn’t be surprised to see the web extend to cover a lot more agents that are currently sitting quiet in the background, including former presidents. We shall see how this all develops next time on Signal not Noise..

    On Thursday, 16 September 2021 the DOJ’s special council office releases the following statement Grand jury indicts DC attorney with making false statements to the FBI !  Let’s see what has been released and dig a bit deeper into this intriguing case as we continue discovery with the Durham Files on Signal not noise Special counsel John Durham announced that a federal grand jury returned an indictment charging Michael Sussman, a Washington DC based attorney with making a full statement to the FBI regarding a secret channel of communications between the trump organisation and a Russian entity,  Alpha Bank. So who is Michael Sussman? you won’t be surprised to hear that he is a lawyer from the firm Perkins Cooee.  He was previously employed by the US Department of justice in various capacities and in these roles he became familiar with US criminal law including title 18 US C section 1001 which criminalises making materially false statements to US Officials specifically. In April 2016 he was retained by the DNC (Democratic national committee) to represent them in connection with the alleged hacking of its email service by the Russian government where he communicated regularly with the FBI DOJ and other government agencies. He was also advising the Clinton campaign in connection with cyber security issues.So I would also like you to meet two people that are very important in this sequence of events.First off is Rodney Joffe. Rodney is the retired senior vice president and security chief technology officer for Neustar which provides Internet and related services to more than 8000 commercial and government clients around the world. Funnily enough Josh was temporarily offered the top cyber security job by the Democrats when it look like they would win he also added I definitely would not take the job under TrumpNext is April Lorenzo who has founded two tech firms. Her companies have been contracted with by the US Department of homeland security and other agencies. in that role she oversees one of the worlds largest system of DNS records which can be searched to uncover potential security threats. She also specialises in identifying spoofed domains use for email fishing scams.So now we know the players, let’s see what the indictment lays out.  At this point it is made clear in the indictment that not only do they have all the emails between these characters but they also have all the bills that Sussman charges the Clinton Campaign with. Early in July 2016 Leversen assembles data reflecting DNS hook ups between alpha bank and Trump which Joffe advises Sussman and they subsequently meet with the Clinton campaign and share this info.   In early August Joffe uses his access at multiple major Internet companies to coerce a negative narrative regarding Trump. On August 21 Joffe emails all involved and says to push forward with additional research concerning Trump in order to give the base of a very useful narrative later. in the same email he expressed his belief that the trump domain was not a secret communication chat channel with Russian alpha Bank but a red herring.  The next day the following email was sent…… let’s for moment think of the best case scenario where we are able to show somehow that DNS communication exists between Trump and Russia. How do we plan to defend against the criticism that this is not spoofed traffic we are observing ? There is no answer to that. Let’s assume again they are not smart enough to refute our best case scenario. Joffe, you do realise that we will have to expose every trick we have in our bag to even make a very week association? Let’s all reflect upon that from moment. Sorry folks, but unless we get combine net flow and DNS traffic collected at critical points between suspect organisations we cannot technically make any claims that would fly public scrutiny. The only thing that drives at this point is that we just do not like Trump. This will not fly in the eyes of public scrutiny folks I am afraid we have tunnel vision. time to regroup ? despite this analysis, Sussman Joffe & Levinson decide to proceed with a white paper outlining the plot,  All this time, Sussman is charging the Clinton campaign for the hours they review this document. On September 16 Leverson writes a piece on the mechanics of how the Trump campaign connects with Alfa bank. Immediatley, Sussman drops the info on the media.September 19, Sussman meets the FBI general council Jim baker alone, and in this meeting he stated that he was not acting on the behalf of any client, which leads banks to understand Sussman was acting as a good citizen.  Sussman provides the following  1. that he had been approached by multiple cyber experts concerning alpha bank and Trump 2. the name of three cyber experts ( but not Jeff anyone associated with this work)3. that media had info about Trumps secret server  4. the white paper And of course,  Sussman bills this work  to Clinton campaign...
