    Yesterday El Paso County Judge Ricardo Samaniego ordered a strict two-week shutdown of all non-essential services in response the recent surge of COVID cases straining hospital resources. While this is being challenged by the Texas Attorney General and the El Paso Mayor, we do not want to place any prayer volunteers in a position of legal uncertainty or disobedience... So effective immediately I am suspending the public vigil portion only of the 40 Days for Life campaign in front of the Planned Parenthood in El Paso. I encourage El Paso volunteers to still kneel in fervent prayer for their entire scheduled hours at home and continue their fasts to end abortion. The vigil in Santa Teresa will CONTINUE, however...

They then pressured her into a surgical abortion which was botched.
