He says that he is interviewing Putin because American's should have access to all of the facts and information possibly available before making decisions regarding American funding, equipping, or sacrificing on behalf of Ukraine and their President Zelensky. The 1st Amendment of the U.S. Constitution guarantees free speech and free expression AND a free press. Tucker Carlson is a journalist. He has protections under the 1st amendment, which are both legal and cultural. Stopping him or sanctioning him for this interview is censorship and censorship is a poison against freedom.
