I’m celebrating. • New buyers from California are about to go under contract for a new build in Vancouver, WA—so stoked to help them make this move. • I’ve got three new listings coming up (just added a third one while filming this), and four current listings I’m hustling to get sold. • Oh—and I’m helping a client with a multifamily duplex deal too.All while navigating chemo. All while being a dad.Ariel has her horse tournament this weekend. Wyatt’s crushing it in soccer and has tryouts for TC United coming up.
