Welcome to Schiz & Giggles, a weekly podcast where Kody Green (a schizophrenia advocate) and Kit Wallis (a Schizoaffective disorder advocate) come together to speak about all things mental health though humor and a hint of science. May is mental health awareness month, so what better way to start the month than with a new podcast thats all about lived experience with two people with severe mental illness!
In this episode, Kody and Kit introduce themselves and talk about the way in which they received their schizophrenia spectrum diagnoses. They also talk about with how and why they got into mental health advocacy and what to expect when it comes to the podcast.
