I started SassafrasCast several years ago as a project purely for my own joy and fun. I loved witchy podcasts and I was getting deep into my own spiritual practice and I wanted a space to just share about that and the different topics I'd been getting excited about.
It's reached an endpoint not because I don't enjoy the podcast anymore - but because life is full enough that I have to be honest with myself about what stays with me as I go into 2026 and what I leave behind so I can stop spreading myself too thin.
I love this community like crazy. This patreon page will be shutting down at the end of the month but I am going to keep the discord and Facebook group running. Reach out to me - sassafrastarot@gmail.com if you'd like to be added to either. It's been a wonderful run.
Note - this is the end of SassafrasCast but not the end of Sassafras Tarot. I still read cards - for now I am going to keep doing the Witchy Weather Report - and I will still be running classes and group experiences in the future.
