I give you a quick framework for a mini ritual at every phase of the moon cycle, and a bigger overview of how to work with the energy of the moon AND your own energy and inner wisdom. Working with the moon means we both get to push hard for our goals and dreams, AND practice excellent self care and heal our inner selves. We don't have to do it all AT ONCE and we don't have to sacrifice one for the other.
