This is my first episode since November 2024, and honestly, it felt important to come back with intention. In this episode, I share why I’m recommitting to this podcast in 2026 and how I want to use this space to connect with you on a deeper, more real level.

I talk about re-evaluating your why—especially when the spiritual path starts to feel heavy, confusing, or straight-up exhausting. Let’s be real: there are moments when it feels easier to walk away from your spiritual journey altogether. I’ve been there. But when I took the time to reconnect with my why, everything clicked back into place in a way that finally made sense again.

I also share what’s coming up for me this year, including stepping back into mediumship and offering free readings, as well as the upcoming launch of The Complete Reiki Path Certification Bundle, my online Reiki certification program.
