      Most New Year’s resolutions were never designed for women in their divine feminine.
      They’re built on force, structure, deadlines, discipline and for many of us, that energy doesn’t inspire us, quite the opposite, it tightens our chest and pushes us straight back into survival mode.

      It isn’t about becoming a “new you.”
      It’s about remembering the version of you that already knows what she wants and creating from her.

      Last year I tried something different.
      No pressure.
      No hustle.
      No “I’ll fix myself next year.”
      Just soft, intuitive intention and my entire year unfolded in ways that felt natural, aligned, and strangely peaceful.

      This week, I’ve been moving through a stomach flu, and instead of recording something new, I felt called to share an older conversation. One that still holds so much truth for me.
