In this episode we discuss Melanie's journey to becoming a high school teacher. We then dive deeper into how to motivate and relate to students. Additionally, we talk about the differences between teaching in private schools and public schools. We also discuss how to try to get higher salary as a teacher. Lastly, we go a little deeper and discuss the role of education and the potential pitfalls of the education system and how the industry may change in the future.
