So said that guy (it's alright we're not sure who he is either!) but one thing we do know is that we don't know a lot about social 'media' and how it is affecting our wellbeing yet.
We know it allows us to more easily engage with one another and share stories, share experiences, the ups and the downs of life but we also know it can sometimes be a mysterious, faceless and unpleasant place.
