President & CEO of Allianz Ayudhya Assurance pcl, Tom also serves as the Country Manager for Allianz Thailand. With over 12 years at Allianz SE, culminating in the role of Global Chief Risk Officer, Tom then took on the role of Deputy CEO & Head of Distribution at Allianz Ayudhya in Thailand and subsequently the position of CEO and President of Allianz Ayudhya in January 2021.

Prior to his time at Allianz SE, Tom's experience spanned the roles of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Swiss Re New Markets, Chief Risk Officer at ING Insurance, Managing Director, Global Head Finance & Risk Practice at Oliver Wyman & Company and Principal, Global Head Risk Management Practice at McKinsey & Company.
