This episode is.....um.... something. We had a bit of audio issues, but I filled that in for you. I did forget to mention in the fill in that Za arrived and joined in on the conversation. I hope you get something out of this episode that was quite interesting to record.... hahahaha!

This episode came at just the right time. Kim and I haven't sat down for one of these episodes in a few weeks and I was feeling sapped of all Joy and Gratitude. The notes for this episode were from before Christmas and Man, oh Man did we have some good stuff in there that I needed to hear NOW.

If you are feeling sapped, grumpy, anxious, overwhelmed, or just down in the dumps... I hope you know that God's goodness is right there, a gift waiting to be received.

Also in this episode Kim mentions the episode on Jiu Jitsu, which is still a top listened to episode. It's Episode 6-ish: The Fight for Confidence and it has recruited quite a few women to the mats, which is always a goal for me :-)
