À propos de ce contenu audio

Welcome to the Relative Healers Podcast!
We are Hannah (daughter/licensed acupuncturist) and Heather (mother/yoga and breath work teacher), and we are coming together on this show to speak to the dynamic relationship that mothers and daughters experience together.

Through ups and downs in our relationship, as well as work done together and individually, we have been able to create deep familial healing. Our goal is to create a container for transformation that can spark inspiration and change for others in their own family relationships.
