In this episode I go back through recordings I have made during my commute. Often I record them because I have so much time to think and reflect as I drive to and from work. It is interesting, now that I am 5 months into this big change, to go back and listen to how I felt right after I made the decision, on day four of the new job, and onward as self doubt and discomfort started to settle in.
By the way, self doubt and discomfort almost always come with a major change... it's part of the process. The key is how you navigate it and what you do in spite of it! Check it out and if you love it, share with your friends!
