  • A New Take On Relationships
    Jun 22 2026

Relationships are often presented as something stable and permanent: one best friend, one life partner, one group you belong to.

But what if relationships could be viewed differently?

In this episode, I explore how my perspective on both friendships and romantic relationships has evolved over the years. From being a "floater" between different friendship groups as a child, to building deep one-on-one connections in Vancouver, to now navigating life as a digital nomad, I've begun to see relationships less as permanent structures and more as companions who join us for different parts of our journey.

I share reflections on deep but time-bound connections, energetic versus physical closeness, why I no longer see friendship as needing constant contact, and how travelling the world has changed my understanding of support, community, and belonging.

I also explore the idea that while people may join us on our path for a season, a chapter, or even a lifetime, each of us ultimately has our own journey to walk.

In this episode, I talk about:

    • Why constant contact isn't necessary for closeness

    • Physical presence versus energetic connection

    • The idea of people joining different parts of your journey

    • Questioning the concept of one best friend or one life partner

    • Finding support and community across countries and time zones

If you've ever questioned traditional ideas about friendship, partnership, or belonging, this episode may offer a different lens through which to view the people who walk alongside you.

  • S2E1 - Trust, Patience, and Following My Heart as a Digital Nomad
    Jun 15 2026

In this episode of the Quest for Meaning Podcast, I share lessons from my ongoing journey as a digital nomad, and how trust, patience, intuition, and following my heart have shaped the way my life unfolds.

From leaving Vancouver after redundancy and stepping into uncertainty, to travelling across the UK and Europe through a series of last-minute opportunities, to now navigating solo travel with no fixed plans, I reflect on what it really feels like to follow your heart when the outcome is unknown.

    In this episode, I explore:

    • Leaving Vancouver after redundancy and stepping into a digital nomad life with no fixed plan

    • A pattern of last-minute petsits that kept unfolding across countries and coastlines

    • Trusting my heart to get me into a fully booked 10-day silent meditation retreat

    • A last-minute sit appearing right after asking where I wanted to be

    • Learning to trust intuition even when there is no guaranteed outcome

    • The ongoing tension between practical decision-making and following the heart

I don’t always know where I’m going next.

But I’ve learned to trust the next step when it shows up.

  • Ep. 9 - Presence: Finding Meaning in Every Moment
    Jun 8 2026

In this episode of the Quest for Meaning Podcast, I explore the hidden pillar that anchors meaning into every moment of life: presence.

While power, passion, purpose, and partnerships shape the broader meaning of our lives, presence is what allows us to actually feel meaning in real time.

    I reflect on:

    • Why presence gives meaning to everyday life

    • How synchronicities, emotions, and small moments become meaningful when fully witnessed

    • Presence within power, passion, purpose, and partnerships

    • The difference between living from the mind versus the heart

    • Why modern life constantly pulls us out of presence

    • Guided walking meditations and reconnecting with your senses

    • Cultivating presence through meditation, breathwork, and stillness

    • Connecting more deeply with the mind, heart, body, soul, and spirit

    • Learning to follow the impulses of the heart

    • Why coherence between heart and mind creates deeper meaning

    • Using creativity, flow state, and passion to reconnect with the soul

    • How purpose and spirit are connected to presence

Meaning is not only something you build across your life. It’s something you can feel in every single moment when you are truly present.

  • Ep. 8 - Power Over Force
    Jun 1 2026

In this episode of the Quest for Meaning Podcast, I share how my pursuit of purpose led me into burnout, isolation, and ultimately being bedridden in Marrakesh.

I explore the difference between power and force and how forcing purpose without balance can disconnect you from your health, relationships, passion, and authentic self.

    I reflect on:

    • Why purpose without balance can lead to burnout

    • The difference between authentic power and forcing outcomes

    • How overworking disconnected me from passion and play

    • The impact isolation had on relationships and partnerships

    • Being highly functional while living in nervous system dysregulation

    • The wake-up call that forced me to slow down and reassess

    • Rebuilding through meditation, movement, breathwork, and presence

    • Why meaning requires balance between power, passion, purpose, and partnerships

    • Returning to Vancouver to reconnect with authentic relationships

    • Learning to trust the heart instead of constantly forcing with the mind

Sometimes burnout isn’t a sign you’re failing your purpose. It’s a sign you’ve lost balance on the journey toward it.

  • Ep. 7 - Partnerships, Authenticity & Loneliness: What a Year of Isolation Taught Me
    May 25 2026

In this episode of the Quest for Meaning Podcast, I explore something I hadn’t fully recognised before - Partnership is a pillar of meaning.

I’ve talked about power, passion, and purpose but this past year forced me to confront what happens when strong partnerships disappear.

    I reflect on:

    • Why loneliness is the gap between who you are and the mask you’re wearing

    • The impact authentic connection has on health and longevity

    • Showing up fully as yourself in dating, interviews, and collaboration

    • Stepping back from collaboration to build stronger foundations

    • The breakdown of a relationship during grief

    • The isolation of traveling away from deep friendships

    • The irony of building community while experiencing disconnection

Meaning is not built alone. It’s built in evolving partnerships.
