  🍪 Scottish Shortbread Recipe:

  Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter (softened)

  • ½ cup sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 2 cups flour (sifted)

  Instructions:

  1. Cream together butter, sugar, and vanilla.

  2. Sift in flour and mix until just combined.

  3. Press dough into a 10x10 pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Poke holes with a fork and sprinkle sugar on top.

  5. Bake at 325°F for 25–35 minutes, until golden brown on the edges.

  You’ll Need: Cocktail shaker

  Ingredients:

  • 7–8 ice cubes

  • 2 shots vodka

  • 1 shot Kahlua

  • 1 shot Baileys

  • 1 shot pumpkin spice syrup

  Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake 7–8 times and pour into a martini glass.

  3. Garnish with cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy!
