If you can’t get finance it makes it near impossible to invest and scale your property portfolio. If you don’t know when to buy, where to buy and what asset to purchase for the stage you are in building your property portfolio, you could stunt your growth.

If you don’t have the right accountant on your side helping you structure your investments, you could pigeon hole yourself with liabilities, strangle your growth potential and end up paying more tax than you’d like.

Jaryd Krause considers himself a student of property, owning his own portfolio of property and online businesses he shares his failures and successes through his property journey.
