    • Profound Words: Breakups, Healing, and Choosing Yourself
      Feb 9 2026

In this episode of Profound Words, I’m opening up about breakups not just the ending of relationships, but the emotional aftermath, the identity shifts, and the quiet moments where you’re left sitting with yourself again.

I share pieces of my dating history and the patterns I’ve had to unlearn, including how past trauma influenced the way I attached, loved, and stayed. We talk openly about therapy, self awareness, and what it looks like to take responsibility for your healing without falling into self blame. Breakups can bring grief, relief, confusion, and clarity all at once and this episode holds space for all of it.

This conversation isn’t about villainizing past partners or romanticizing heartbreak. It’s about telling the truth how painful letting go can be, how destabilizing it feels to lose someone who once felt like home, and how powerful it is to slowly reclaim parts of yourself you abandoned along the way. I reflect on what helped me move through endings with more compassion, how I learned to sit in the discomfort instead of bypassing it, and why healing isn’t linear even when you’re doing the work.

If you’re navigating a breakup, processing unresolved emotions, or trying to remember who you were before you started shrinking yourself to be loved, this episode is for you. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You’re allowed to grieve, grow, and begin again at your own pace.

    • Profound Words: Spirituality in Motion — Full Moons, Rituals, and Life Lessons
      Feb 2 2026

      Season 1, Episode 3

In this episode of Profound Words, I explore spirituality in motion and what it means to grow, release, and evolve through life’s natural cycles. Using the energy of the full moon as a guide, I reflect on the role rituals play in grounding us during times of change and helping us make sense of the lessons unfolding in our lives. This episode is a personal and intuitive conversation about honoring transitions, trusting the process, and allowing yourself to be exactly where you are without rushing what’s meant to unfold. Whether you’re drawn to full moon rituals, spiritual reflection, or simply navigating a season of change, this episode invites you to slow down, listen inward, and move with intention.

    • Profound Words Podcast: Panic Disorder
      Jan 26 2026

      Season 1, Episode 2

In this episode of Profound Words, I open up about Panic Disorder: what it is, how it showed up in my life, and the moment I was officially diagnosed. I share my personal journey navigating panic attacks, the fear and confusion that can come with them, and how this experience has deeply shaped my understanding of mental health.

This conversation is rooted in awareness, compassion, and honesty. Panic Disorder is often misunderstood or minimized, and my hope is that by sharing my story, others feel less alone in what they’re experiencing. Whether you’ve lived with panic, love someone who has, or simply want to better understand it, this episode offers a gentle, real look at what Panic Disorder can feel like and why talking about it matters.

You’re not broken. You’re not weak. And you’re not alone.
