À propos de ce contenu audio

Living with AuDHD (a combination of autism and ADHD) comes with unique and special challenges. Getting diagnosed with AuDHD at 41 was certainly an eye‑opening experience for me! Now, I’m determined to make sense of it all and to share my experiences and insights with anyone looking to learn more about these neurodivergent traits.

Autism and ADHD should not be classified as “disorders.” They are different ways of experiencing the world. But because the world isn’t designed with neurodivergent people in mind, this often leads to challenges that must be faced head‑on on a daily basis.

So, whether you’ve received an official diagnosis, are self‑diagnosed, or are simply trying to learn more for a loved one, everyone is welcome here - and everyone should feel valid.

Please join me and share your experiences as well!

      Nov 16 2025

Ever wonder why movies, books, television, and even music that is (usually) centered around neurotypical people is still so appealing to neurodivergent people?

That's what we explore in today's episode.

Learn why fiction can feel easier than real-life, how “double empathy” works, and the pattern-recognition strengths that make stories and music click for AuDHD minds.
