Mulvoy is a graduate of both Boston College High School and Boston College and was a Hockey Hall of Fame inductee as a media honoree in 2023.

    To begin, Mulvoy outlines where his love for sports began (2:02). He provides examples of mentors he met and connections he maintained along his journey (4:30). Following that, Mulvoy gives insight into his illustrious career which started at the Boston Globe (7:28), before moving to New York to work for Sports Illustrated (SI) in 1965 (8:00). Harrison played collegiate basketball for Western New England (WNE) where he was an All-American selection and an integral part of the Golden Bears' trip to the NCAA Division III Sweet Sixteen in 2025.

    At the start of the episode, Jake details his love for the game (1:55) and why he chose 22 as his jersey number (8:35). Following that, Jake breaks down what it was like winning the Conference of New England (CNE) Championship in 2025, WNE's first conference title in men's basketball since 2001 (9:38).
