    • Episode 24 - Precision in Practice: Elevating Care for Uncontrolled Gout
      Sep 23 2025

Gout remains the most common form of inflammatory arthritis in adults, yet it continues to be one of the most misunderstood and mismanaged chronic diseases in clinical practice. Despite clear treatment guidelines and a growing array of therapeutic options, a substantial proportion of patients experience persistent flares, disease progression, and comorbid complications due to clinical inertia, fragmented care, and limited provider awareness of emerging innovations. This podcast, presented by Dr. Robert Terkeltaub, seeks to modernize clinical approaches to gout, accelerate the adoption of new evidence and therapies, and ultimately improve the quality and consistency of care for a patient population long underserved by existing education.
