Feeling inferior

Dive inside

Seeing the other side

Within the mind

Allow to subside

From the hole in the head

Rather than wind up dead

Relief

To real living

Watching the leaves fall

In the midst of the fall

Still able to stand tall

Through it all

Feeling stuck in the cell

Living through hell

Strapped to a gurney

Proceed in the journey

Always in a hurry

Take time to rest

To be able to invest

In the process

While living in the present

Relieved of all that I resent

Shedding the pretense

Disconnecting

To connect & collect

All there is to ingest

As we digest the rest

Making room for the fresh

Breathing in the air

Aspiring to inspire

Inspiration sparking the passion

Discovered in our own fashion

Clothed in character

Learning to love

What's provided from above

Abundance

A fun dance

As I abide

Instead of deny

The suggestions

There shouldn't be any questions

It's for our protection

It's much better than what I've already ingested

Causing tension

Tense

Sense

Common sense

What's common with the problem?

Seeking the solution

From confusion

Insight

In sight

Prepared to fight

For the right

To spread the light

Taking it to new heights

Over the darkness

Mending the madness

As I continue to practice

And value the assets

That God has set

Within my grasp

Proceeding from the past

Ending how long it will last

Fast

Forward, to reset what I resent

The apologies sent

Sending the message

Cleansing the mess

As I'm being pressed

Realizing I'm blessed

Not lessened

From learning the lessons

Through experience

The greatest teacher

So many tests

To test abilities

Respond to the abilities

Creating responsibility

Continuing to learn who I am to be

From what God decrees

Thank You God For This Day

The opportunity to learn

Though it may burn

As within begins to churn

What can I earn?

Help me God

To continually

Focus on You

I can't do this on my own

Help me to learn

What are You teaching me?

Help me to see clearly

What is that vision?

Show me the clues

Of where You're leading me to

As You begin to glue

The broken pieces of me back together

Rearranged

Rewired from the mess I've made

Assemble to resemble

The life of light

Continuing to fight

With the ending in sight

I don't need to fight

For You will provide my might

As long as I'm willing to step towards the light

Thrive

Letting go of the pain and the sorrow

In sight of a better tomorrow

Replacing the void with something new

Infused with brighter visions in view

Mustering up the courage to change

Not to labor in vain

My ways are flawed and failures

But Yours shall reveal the answers

Never to fully understand

But always remember the scars on Your hands
