 A little while back took a trip to colorado for my first wim hoff method experience I I met Tate online and he was my first official experience with the Wim Hof method. His life story, it's interesting. It has similarities to the reasons I approached this method as well. We were overlooking a reservoir in Colorado while we were recording this and it was a lovely experience. Take some time to hear some Reasons. Some justification, some experiences. That's why another person decided to breathe and meditate and use cold as therapy for themselves as well.
