Transitioning into contracting, Jess highlights the importance of confidence in oneself and setting a fair price for services. She shares her contracting journey, landing a position with the New Zealand Geothermal Association, where her role evolved into a board coordinator. Jess reflects on her current fulfilling position, aligning with her values and contributing to the renewable energy sector.
