    Adam is currently a part of the San Diego Padres minor league development system who I have had the pleasure of developing a relationship with over the last year or so. He played college baseball at both the DI and DII levels as well as some time coaching. He spent years researching a way to help try to prevent UCL (Tommy John ligament) tears and ended up creating a tool called the FlexPro Grip that strengthens specific muscles that are typically the root cause of the injury, as well as improving Spin rate, velocity and command.

    During this episode we talk about Adams journey to where he is now, The Savannah Bananas, coaching, development and everything in between. I look forward to having Adam back on as a reoccurring guest because the guy knows his stuff and we have a lot more to cover.
