Aging with Attitude and Sparkles Some people see aging as tragic, but the real tragedy is believing the best of life is already behind you. Just beneath the surface of second chances and soulful shifts is the grit to choose your own way forward and the guts to do it with rhinestones, wit, and wisdom. Welcome to Pink Lady Posse, the podcast for women aging with attitude and sparkles. I'm Sandy Parker, founder of the Pink Lady Posse, coach, cheerleader, and your connector-in-chief for whatever you need to go from what now to what's next. We don't grow in isolation. We need community, connection, and sure, a little bit of glitter. Each episode brings real stories of women rewriting their lives, careers, love, and purpose, leaving us with tools we can use and inspiration that motivates. Because your next chapter is not about winding down. It's about lighting up. And the most powerful glitter is the kind no one sees coming. Subscribe now—and let’s sparkle forward.@Pink Lady Posse Développement personnel Réussite personnelle

    • Urgent Isn't a Requirement (It's a Symptom)
      Feb 16 2026

This episode is for every high-achieving, big-hearted woman who’s ever woken up with that low-grade panic of being “behind”… even when nothing is actually on fire (except maybe your group text).

Host Sandy sits down with Suzanne King—marketing whiz, coach, and integrity queen—to talk about the sneaky addiction to urgency: the way it masquerades as productivity, confidence, and “being responsible”… while quietly draining your discernment, your self-trust, and your joy. Suzanne shares her own reinvention story (six kinds of coaching, 20 certifications, and a whole lot of “I don’t know enough yet”), plus the turning points that changed everything—like a husband calling out the panic, a mentor mirroring the truth, and a son saying the line that landed like a mic drop: “Your phone is always in your hands.”

You’ll leave with a new framework: design your lifestyle first, then build the business around it; make a “not-to-do list” that protects your peace; and remember this—your wisdom is not expired at 50+. It’s upgraded. Wrinkles, yes. Also: a sexy brain, deep discernment, and zero patience for fake online noise.

    • Show Up as Possibility (Not Politeness)
      Feb 10 2026

You know that old script—be nice, be quiet, be grateful, don’t take up space—like it’s some sacred heirloom passed down in a dusty Victorian house? Yeah… we’re putting that couch on the lawn and lighting a match. 🔥

In this episode, I’m joined by Sarah Lange, a fundraising powerhouse who’s helped nonprofits leverage over $2 billion, and we get real about unlearning “good girl” conditioning, becoming unapologetically ourselves, and what happens when you finally realize: I’m not too much. I’m just not for everyone. (And thank God, honestly.)

We talk about sisterhood as sacred, therapy as an anchor (not a weakness), and the magic of expanding your life by doing the scary thing while shaking in your boots. Because the goal isn’t perfection—it’s showing up as possibility. Lipstick on. Shoulders back. Let’s go.

    • Grief, Guts and a United Nation Yes!
      Feb 3 2026
Grief, Guts, and a United Nations YesWith Katherine Autin

Katherine Autin has been pivoting since before pivoting was cool. Jewelry business at 26 with a baby on her hip? Done. Moves for her husband’s federal job, starting over in new states, new systems, new everything? Also done. Then came the big one: a Parkinson’s diagnosis that reshaped 21 years of marriage into a long, tender, relentless caregiving journey… while Katherine continued building businesses, running support groups, and giving herself permission to keep creating.

And then grief arrived with its boots on. Katherine’s husband, David, passed in July 2025, after a sudden cancer diagnosis on top of Parkinson’s. But here’s the part that will catch you by the collar: Katherine is grieving and dreaming at the same time. She’s a newly selected United Nations delegate for the Commission on the Status of Women, headed to New York in March, and she’s doing it with mascara, backbone, and a truth we all need: your life is still yours to create.

This episode is equal parts soulful and spicy. It’s about resilience without the toxic positivity, joy without apology, and the radical act of saying yes again after loss. Also: hugging matters. Period.
