 Good morning. Pennsylvania. I'm Aaron Jolly. That gray ceiling overhead? It's not going anywhere fast. Dense fog blankets western Pennsylvania this morning, cutting visibility to a quarter mile or less. The advisory runs until 9 A.M. For Cambria. Somerset. And the Alleghenies. If you're driving, take it slow and use those low beams. In the next 24 hours. Up in the Endless Mountains, watch for icy patches on untreated roads. Potter. Tioga. And Sullivan counties are hovering right at freezing overnight, so bridges and overpasses could be slick. Down in Southeast Pennsylvania, you're sitting at 39 degrees under overcast skies. That light drizzle and fog lingers through mid-morning. Highs today reach 51 degrees. Head west and it's milder. Pittsburgh starts the day at 44 degrees with thick fog. You'll climb to 56 degrees this afternoon, though rain chances pick up by evening. Central Pennsylvania is the cool spot. You're waking up to 34 degrees with patchy fog and drizzle. Highs today top out near 49 degrees. Tonight, rain spreads statewide. Western Pennsylvania could see a rumble of thunder. Lows range from 41 in the southeast to 51 in the west. Thursday stays wet. Rain continues with another quarter to half inch possible. Here's where it gets interesting. A major warm-up arrives this weekend. Saturday could hit 76 degrees in the west. That's about 34 degrees above normal for early March. We're talking the warmest temperatures since late fall. Sunday and Monday stay mild, with highs in the mid-60s to near 70.
