      Our guest is Denene Alvarez.

      As a pastor, speaker, and licensed therapist, Denene Alvarez is the founder of Healing Waters, an online and in-person community which provides support, coaching and consultation services. Denene Alvarez holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and is a provisionally licensed mental health therapist specializing in co-occurring disorders and trauma. Denene Alvarez serves as the First Lady of The Cathedral at The Gathering Place in Rochester, NY alongside her husband of 20 years, The Right Rev. Dr. Emilio Alvarez. Together, they have three beautiful children, Eli (20), Sisi (18) and Lucas (14).
